Yes I have added some screen shots of my website to this project 6 which I have just completed, under the network research section. I have done it so you can see all the areas on the website and the work I have up-dated as well as my most recent art work.
I do have a separate surface pattern portfolio on my website, which has a password protected section, this was advised when I completed all my surface pattern courses. I have added screen shots of those as well, so it can be seen on my blog.
Yes the characters designs for Rory which I have recently update are the ones which I have now hand painted, I am just in the process of adding all the small little details, like hair strands, details on his clothing, ears definition etc.
Yes I am trying to vary the compositions on the pages in the book, I have started with the first piece I am creating for this body of work for this unit, which will be taken into 3.3. There are a few specific pages which I definitely want to change, and also feel this is lacking in the book at present, so it’s a definite focus ongoing.
Yes I think shadows and highlights would help define the poses and also help the characters to stand out, it’s something I am playing around with on these 4 pieces, hopefully I can find a way to do this which I can then progress onto further into the book for 3.3.
I am going to look at fonts, and sizes in 3.3 I think the book illustrations need to be competed and fully happy with them, before more work on the fonts, as you will know what space you have to create the words and also what sizes would fit the areas.
I can definitely put my critical review into bullet points, and also group the together into the points for each section. I will do this next as this will help to get it all straight in my mind before I start to summarise the review, and complete it fully.
I have updated my Harvard reference which is at the start of my area for this unit, I can link it with this project. The bibliography I usually complete in the time when we have to get the work ready for assessment, this means that all the references are written, I just have to put them into alphabetical order. I find this the easiest and most time efficient way for me.
Project 7 will be completed and sent to you on the 21st March.
