This will help to develop further your methods and processes of generating ideas, concepts and images. The themes are expansive so you can go in any direction, and interpret them in many ways.
Ideas, research, research outside, and then making a completing a body of work and artwork. These could be drawing, painting, graphic design, photography, collage, sculpture, or anything similar, or all of them.
For this assignment I read through all the three options, option one and three I have completed something similar in another unit or exercise in this degree pathway, so option two was the best, the one that was more suited to me, and the one that I have the most excitement about.
From the other options below on the brief, I again read through all the types of materials you could use, visual forms you could choose, and the physical formats that were listed.

I decided to go with:-

The reason I went with these is because I want to illustrate for children’s books in the future, this would be a good time to really set out and work on this.
I feel this would continue well from the last assignment in character design.
I’m starting to think about year 3 and the next unit and where I would like that to go.
I think I can move out of my comfort zone with this idea, but also incorporate what I like and am comfortable with too.
